...Strong Gusty Winds and Elevated Fire Danger This Afternoon...

Southwesterly winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph can be
expected this afternoon. Drivers of vans, campers, trailers, and
other high profile vehicles should be extra cautious, especially
on east-west roads. In addition, these strong winds along with
low relative humidity will lead to elevated fire danger,
especially in agricultural fields. Please exercise caution with
any activities that involve outdoor fires or create sparks,
including campfires, grilling, and operating large equipment.
