* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30. This replaces the
Frost Advisory previously issued.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, southwest and western
Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of West
Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
