...Patchy Dense Fog Possible Over the Western NC Piedmont
Tonight...

Moist soil, residually-moist and humid low-levels, and temporary
clearing early tonight, will favor the development of locally
dense fog. Visibility may be reduced to a quarter mile or less.

Fog may disperse, and associated visibility improve, with the
redevelopment and arrival of clouds from the west, and also low-
level drying, by sunrise Monday.

Motorists are encouraged to use low beam headlights, slow down, be
prepared for rapid changes in visibility over short distances, and
allow extra following distance.
