* WINDS...South 20 to 25 mph with gusts around 40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 30 to 40 percent.

* IMPACTS...If grass fires were to start, they would spread
rapidly and be very dangerous to try to contain. Outdoor burning
is not recommended.
