inches, except 6 to 14 inches above 1500 feet. Winds gusting as
high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Elevations above 1000 feet in the Coast Range of
Northwest Oregon and Central Coast Range of Western Oregon.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
