Illinois.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 6 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A period of light snow many combine with the
wind tonight, and lower the visibility at times.
