...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO NOON CST
MONDAY...

* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills. Wind
chills as low as 25 below zero. For the Winter Weather Advisory,
freezing rain mixed with sleet expected. Total ice
accumulations of a light glaze.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest and west central
Illinois, southeast Iowa and northeast Missouri.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 11 AM CST this
morning. For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 3 AM to noon
CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute. The cold wind
chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as
30 minutes.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
