9 AM CST FRIDAY...
...WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO NOON CST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total
snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches. Northwest winds gusting as
high as 35 mph. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind
chills expected. Wind chills as low as 25 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Illinois, east
central and southeast Iowa and northeast Missouri.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening
to 9 AM CST Friday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 3 AM to
noon CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions could impact this evening and Friday morning commutes.
The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in
as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional headlines for wind chills may be
needed Friday night into the weekend.
