* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, blowing snow. Winds
gusting as high as 40 mph. For the Wind Chill Warning,
dangerously cold wind chills expected. Wind chills as low as 35
below zero. For the Wind Chill Watch, dangerously cold wind
chills possible. Wind chills as low as 35 below zero.

* WHERE...In Illinois, Hancock and McDonough Counties. In
Missouri, Scotland and Clark Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until noon CST today.
For the Wind Chill Warning, from 6 PM this evening to noon CST
Sunday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from Sunday afternoon
through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on hazardous road conditions. Patchy blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The dangerously cold
wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little
as 10 minutes.
