...WIND CHILL WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY EVENING
THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, Snow. The snow will have
mixed precipitation at times through mid afternoon. Additional
snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches and ice accumulations of a
light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph tonight. For the
Wind Chill Watch, dangerously cold wind chills possible. Wind
chills as low as 40 below zero.

* WHERE...In Iowa, Lee County. In Illinois, Hancock and
McDonough Counties. In Missouri, Scotland and Clark Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until noon CST
Saturday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from Saturday evening
through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing
snow will significantly reduce visibility, especially tonight
and Saturday morning. The hazardous conditions will impact the
evening commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches,
and lead to isolated power outages. The dangerously cold wind
chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as ten
minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain and possibly brief freezing rain
will mix with snow at times through early afternoon, and may
even become all rain for a period before cold air and strong
winds move in changing the precipitation back to all snow.
Tonight, much colder air moves in which could result in a
flash freeze on roadways.
