...WIND CHILL WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY EVENING THROUGH
TUESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, mixed precipitation
expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches and ice
accumulations of a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 50
mph. For the Wind Chill Watch, dangerously cold wind chills
possible. Wind chills as low as 40 below zero.

* WHERE...In Iowa, Lee County. In Illinois, Hancock and
McDonough Counties. In Missouri, Scotland and Clark Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 9 PM this evening
to noon CST Saturday. For the Wind Chill Watch, from Saturday
evening through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions will impact the morning or evening commute. Gusty
winds could bring down tree branches. The dangerously cold wind
chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10
minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will overspread the area this evening
from south to north. Rain and freezing rain will mix with snow
Friday morning. A period of mainly rain is expected from late
tonight through noon Friday, before cold air and strong winds
move in changing the precipitation back to all snow.
