...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO
6 AM CST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Snow, mixed precipitation, and blowing snow. Total snow
accumulations of 3 to 5 inches and ice accumulations of around
one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...In Iowa, Lee County. In Illinois, Hancock and
McDonough Counties. In Missouri, Scotland and Clark Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 6 AM CST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will
impact the morning and evening commutes on Friday and anyone
traveling Friday into Saturday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will overspread the area this evening
from south to north. Rain and freezing rain will mix with snow
Friday morning. Rain is expected Friday late morning into the
afternoon before cold air and strong winds move in changing the
precipitation to all snow.
