* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations
of 1 to 3 inches and ice accumulations of a light glaze.

* WHERE...Northwest Montgomery, Northwest Howard and Northwest
Harford Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM to 10 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation is expected to begin as snow
between 10 AM and 1 PM. The snow will change to freezing rain
and then rain between 1 PM and 4 PM, before ending during the
mid evening.
