...Slippery Spots on Some Roadways This Morning...

Snow that fell overnight across portions of eastern Iowa,
northwest Illinois, and far northeast Missouri have resulted in
slippery road conditions early this morning. Some of this snow
has melted with temperatures near to above freezing, with
potential for this to refreeze as temperatures remain near
freezing through the next few hours. Please be careful traveling
this morning, especially on the rural roads, and bridges and
overpasses.
