formation.

* WHERE...Putnam, Van Wert and Allen OH Counties.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 8 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
left uncovered. Steps may need to be taken to protect
temperature sensitive plants, including bringing potted plants
indoors or covering up plants that are in the ground.
