...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM EST TUESDAY THROUGH TUESDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana and northwest Ohio, including
the following areas, in northern Indiana, Adams, Allen IN,
Blackford, Grant, Huntington, Jay and Wells. In northwest Ohio,
Allen OH, Paulding, Putnam and Van Wert.

* WHEN...From 1 AM EST Tuesday through Tuesday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Additional rainfall amounts around 1 inch is expected to
fall. Saturated antecedent conditions along with frozen
ground will lead to increased runoff leading to minor river
flooding and flooding of low lying areas.
