WEDNESDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 31 possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central and northern
Maryland and central, northern and northwest Virginia.

* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To prevent
