...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM EDT WEDNESDAY THROUGH LATE
WEDNESDAY NIGHT...

The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has expanded the

* Flash Flood Watch to include Portions of east central Ohio,
including the following areas, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton,
Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Muskingum and Tuscarawas.
Portions of Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Beaver
and Butler. Portions of northern West Virginia, including the
following area, Hancock.

* From 2 AM EDT Wednesday through late Wednesday night.

* Excessive rain associated with the remnant of Hurricane Ida may
result in significant flash flood impacts across the watch area.
Rainfall totals of 2 to 6 inches are likely.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
