* At 416 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles northeast
of Kempsville, and is nearly stationary.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and powerlines.

* Locations impacted include...
Virginia Beach, Bayside, Oceana, Rudee Heights, North Virginia
Beach and London Bridge.
