* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph
expected.

* WHERE...In Maryland, Prince Georges and Central and Southeast
Montgomery Counties. In District of Columbia, District of
Columbia. In Virginia, Fairfax and Eastern Loudoun Counties,
and Arlington/Falls Church/Alexandria.

* WHEN...From noon Friday to 2 AM EDT Saturday. The strongest
winds are most likely late Friday afternoon through Friday
evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
