inches. Isolated higher amounts possible.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, northeast Kentucky and
northern and western West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the local commute and holiday travel.
