...Patchy Dense Fog This Morning...

Patchy fog will become locally dense at times this morning,
intermittently reducing visibility to less than a half mile.
Conditions will vary widely over time and from one location to
another, so motorists should be alert to rapidly changing
visibilities. Low-lying areas will be most likely to encounter
