...PATCHY DENSE FOG THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING...

Patchy fog will impact across portions of southeastern Ohio,
northern West Virginia, and southwestern Pennsylvania through the
early morning hours, reducing visibilities to a half mile or less
at times. Conditions are expected to improve shortly after sunrise
with increased heating.

Use caution driving through the area, as visibility may change
quickly along a route. Make sure to use low beam headlights and
allow for extra travel time.
