The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
Southwestern Guernsey County in east central Ohio...
Southeastern Muskingum County in east central Ohio...
West central Noble County in east central Ohio...

* Until 1215 AM EDT.

* At 915 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Caldwell, Cumberland, Belle Valley, Ruraldale, High Hill, Wolf Run
State Park and Blue Rock State Park.
