At 1150 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 8 miles north of
McConnelsville, moving northeast at 55 mph.

Wind gusts up to 45 mph and hail up to the size of nickels are
possible with this storm.

High Hill... Ruraldale...

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 70 in Ohio between mile markers 194 and 197.
Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 27 and 41.
