Guernsey County in east central Ohio...
Muskingum County in east central Ohio...

* Until 930 PM EDT.

* At 843 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles north of
Somerset, moving east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 60 mph and quarter-size hail.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power
outages.

This includes the following highways...
