* WHAT...Freezing rain accumulations of a tenth to a quarter of
an inch are also expected through this morning.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and northern Maryland and
Morgan County West Virginia.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Travel may become extremely difficult,
especially north of Interstate 70 to near the Pennsylvania
border. The freezing rain will likely result in scattered
power outages.
