Clear skies and calm conditions has led to the formation of
patchy dense freezing fog in the river valleys this morning.

The moisture left from recent rainfall and patchy freezing fog
could lead to icy roads until temperatures rise above freezing.
Exercise caution if traveling this morning, especially on bridges,
overpasses and back roads.
