* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations
of up to one inch and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of
an inch expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio and central and northern
West Virginia.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 11 AM EST Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning commute.

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or
