...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flash Flood Watch for portions of northeast Kentucky,
southeast Ohio, and West Virginia has been cancelled. Although
brief periods of heavy rainfall may occur this afternoon along a
cold front, the threat for significant rainfall and associated
flooding has decreased. Thus, the Flash Flood Watch has been
cancelled.
