NORTHWESTERN NOBLE COUNTIES...
At 432 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 9 miles south of New
Concord, or 12 miles northwest of Caldwell, moving east at 15 mph.
Wind gusts up to 55 mph are possible with this storm.

Belle Valley... High Hill...
Wolf Run State Park...
This includes Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 28 and 35.
Torrential rainfall also is occurring with this storm and may cause
