COUNTIES...

At 410 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Concord, or
8 miles west of Cambridge, moving east at 15 mph.

Wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph are possible with this storm.

Heavy rainfall also is occurring with this storm and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
