Cambria County in central Pennsylvania...

* Until 845 PM EDT

* At 545 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to showers
and thunderstorms. Additional showers and thunderstorms over the
next few hours will move through. This will cause minor flooding
in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Belmont, Johnstown, Westmont, Portage, Hollidaysburg, Nanty-Glo,
Altoona, Windber, Ebensburg and Huntingdon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
