NORTHWESTERN LINCOLN AND WAYNE COUNTIES...

At 309 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 6 miles south of Hocking Hills State Park
to near Calf Creek. Movement was northeast at 50 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Huntington, Wellston, Nelsonville, New Lexington, Gallipolis,
Mcarthur, Wayne, Rio Grande, Albany, Chesapeake, Shawnee,
Proctorville, Perry State Forest, Lake Hope State Park, Beech Fork
State Park, Barboursville, Milton, Ceredo, East Lynn Lake and Ona.

This includes Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 4
and 26.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the
roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross
safely. Move to higher ground.
