...STRONG WIND GUSTS EXPECTED WITH A FRONTAL PASSAGE...
A cold front is expected to cross southeast Ohio between 7 AM and
9 AM this morning. Along with a possible brief rain shower, this
frontal passage is expected to be accompanied by strong wind
gusts. Gusts to between 35 and 45 MPH are expected. Isolated
peak gusts of around 50 MPH are possible. If these stronger gusts
appear more likely to be felt over a larger area, a Wind Advisory
may be issued for the area later this morning.
Tree limbs and power lines could be damaged by these gusts, and
scattered power outages are possible. Use caution if driving a
high-profile vehicle in these gusty winds.
