...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 6 PM EST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and
sleet accumulations of up to 2 inches and ice accumulations of
up to three tenths of an inch are expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania, east central Ohio
and northern and northern panhandle of West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 6 PM EST Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will quickly change over to a wintry
mix and freezing rain early Wednesday morning. This will make
travel extremely difficult, especially during the morning
commute. Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the
ice.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow, sleet
and ice will make travel very hazardous or impossible. Please
