* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of
4 to 6 inches and trace ice accumulations are expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest and western Pennsylvania and
east central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 6 PM EST Wednesday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The ice will result in difficult travel
conditions, including during the morning commute on Wednesday.
Be prepared for reduced visibilities at times.
