CRAFT ADVISORY, WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EDT TODAY.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 25KT.

* SEAS...4 TO 6 FEET...HIGHEST IN THE OUTER WATERS ESPECIALLY OFF
OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA COAST.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT WIND SPEEDS OF 25 TO 33 KNOTS
AND OR SEAS OF 6 FT OR GREATER ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS
WAVE CONDITIONS TO SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS,
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS SHOULD AVOID
NAVIGATING IN THESE CONDITIONS.
