...DENSE FOG WILL CREATE LOW VISIBILITIES EARLY THIS MORNING...

At 400 AM EDT, dense fog continues to form and overspread the
region creating areas of reduced visibilities and potentially
hazardous driving conditions. Allow for longer travel times this
morning and leave extra space to account for low visibility.

This fog will gradually dissipate through the morning hours by 11
AM EDT.
