SOUTHWESTERN MORGAN...WESTERN ATHENS AND VINTON COUNTIES...

At 315 AM EDT, strong thunderstorms were clustered 12 miles west of
Mcarthur, moving east at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Athens, Jackson, Wellston, Nelsonville, Glouster, McConnelsville,
Mcarthur, Albany, Shawnee, Lake Hope State Park, Chauncey, Hamden,
New Straitsville, Malta, Corning, Buchtel, Jacksonville, Coalton,
Murray City and Trimble.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may
cause localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
