* WHERE...The island of Hawaii in Hawaii County...

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in
streams.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 507 PM HST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain over the
Hamakua, North Hilo, South Hilo, Puna, and Kau Districts of the
Big Island.Rain was falling at a rate of 0.5 to 1 inch per hour.
Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area.

Hilo, Hawaiian Paradise Park, Volcano, Glenwood, Mountain View,
Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Hawaiian Acres, Keaau,
Orchidlands Estates, Papaikou and Pepeekeo.
