...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL GALLIA AND SOUTHWESTERN
MASON COUNTIES THROUGH 700 AM EDT...

At 616 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Rio Grande, moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Rio Grande, Henderson, Leon, Adamsville,
Gallopolis Ferry, Southside, Gage, Ashton, and Centerpoint.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
