...Areas of Locally Dense Fog Early This Morning...

Light winds and humid conditions have resulted in river valley fog
over much of the area. The fog could be locally dense at times
with visibilities down to a quarter mile, especially in the river
valleys and other low-lying areas. Expect conditions to quickly
improve by 9 AM and afterwards.

Motorists should exercise caution as visibilities may change
suddenly over short distances. Use low-beam headlights and leave
plenty of distance between you and the vehicle ahead.
