...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of west central Illinois,
including the following areas, Hancock, Henderson, McDonough and
Warren, southeast Iowa, including the following areas, Des Moines,
Henry IA, Jefferson, Lee and Van Buren, and northeast Missouri,
including the following areas, Clark and Scotland.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat, although moderate
rainfall could still lead to reduced visibility in spots. Please
continue to heed remaining road closures.
