* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 possible.

* WHERE...Castle Country, Sanpete Valley, Sevier Valley, Western
Millard and Juab Counties, Western Uinta Basin, and Southwest Utah.

* WHEN...From late Monday night through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
