* WHAT...Mixed precipitation and patchy blowing snow expected. Total
snow and sleet accumulations between 2 and 4 inches and ice
accumulations up to two tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...Deuel and Hamlin Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Wednesday to 7 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The combination of
falling snow and winds will lead to periods of blowing snow that
may briefly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
