in places, mainly in open areas. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of eastern Iowa, northwest Illinois, and
northeast Missouri.

* IMPACTS...Snow covered and slippery roads.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Scattered snow showers will also temporarily
sharply reduce visibility well under a mile at times.
