...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Washington,
including the following counties, in northwest Washington, Skagit
and Whatcom. In west central Washington, King and Snohomish.

* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- High snow levels, heavy rainfall and snowmelt runoff will
lead to rises on the rivers with flooding possible.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
