* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph
expected. The winds will switch to the west-northwest after
Midnight, when there could be even higher gusts.
* WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest, and west central
Illinois, east central and southeast Iowa, and northeast Missouri.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 3 PM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
