SATURDAY...
* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional snow
accumulations between 6 and 12 inches. For the Blizzard Warning,
blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations 5 to 10
inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. For the Winter Storm
Warning, heavy snow. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 feet
possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Cascades of Snohomish and Northern King Counties and
Cascades of Whatcom and Skagit Counties.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 PM PDT this
evening. For the Blizzard Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 5 AM
PDT Thursday. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 5 AM Thursday to
5 AM PDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Strong
winds could cause tree damage.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

your vehicle in case of an emergency. Prepare for possible power
